What Makes Drone Clean 365 Different
FAQs
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
Are you licensed to fly drones?
Yes, our operators are FAA licensed.
Is this legal and compliant?
Yes. All operations follow FAA regulations and local requirements. We must register our flight and receive approval from the FAA before starting any job.
Do you replace traditional cleaning methods entirely?
In most cases yes. We recommend having one of our account managers visit your site and determine what is best for your property. We recommend drone cleaning when it provides the best balance of safety, efficiency, and results.
What kinds of cleaning products do you use?
We use biodegradable, chemical free cleaning products.
How can windows be streak-free and clean using drones?
We wash windows with deionized water, leaving them streak free and clean. (Think of a dishwasher and how it washes a glass leaving it streak free.)
Don’t windows and exteriors get damaged with pressure washing?
Pressure washing equipment can be used for soft washing as well. We use soft wash methods for all windows and exterior to mitigate damage.
Should I be concerned about plants around the building?
We use biodegradable, chemical free cleaning products. Plants will not be impacted.
Is there a possibility for the drone fall?
Our drones have six to eight motors, so if one motor happens to stops, the rest will land the drone safely. Drones have safety stop gap measures using AI, so a drone falling is highly unlikely.
Can this be part of an ongoing maintenance plan?
Yes. Many properties benefit from recurring exterior cleaning schedules.
What about cars parked by the building?
We section off the parking lot area we are cleaning such that cars cannot park. Even if they park, they will not be damaged given the products that we use for cleaning.
How many people does it take to clean with drones?
Depending on the size and scope of the project, our team consists of at least two members. One person pilots the drone while the other ensures the area is safe, assists with battery replenishment and provides general backup support. For larger projects, we would increase staff as necessary.
Will this disrupt tenants?
Disruption is minimal as compared to traditional methods using lifts or scaffolding.
